A gentle and methodical yoga class with movements and simple poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while encouraging relaxation and reducing stress. This class is accessible and adaptable, focusing on meeting the individual needs and abilities of the group.
Level: Perfect for those aged 65+, recovering from illness or injury, or simply seeking a gentler, more relaxing yoga experience.
Calm and meditative yoga focusing on the body's deep tissues. This style is specially designed to release tension and stiffness accumulated in connective tissues and joints. By holding each pose for approximately 3–8 minutes, practitioners experience a profound stretch reaching beyond muscles, into fascia and other deep structures. This class is ideal for restoring the body's balance and promoting inner calm, suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
A calm and meditative yoga class focusing on the body's deep tissues. We use various props such as tennis balls and blocks to work deeply with the fascia. The class aims to release tension and dissolve trigger points. This style is especially designed to ease stiffness and tension in connective tissues and joints. It's an ideal class to end the week with calm and restore the body's balance.

A Pilates session combining classical and modern exercises, focusing on the six fundamental Pilates principles: breathing, concentration, centre, control, precision, and flow. The class offers a comprehensive experience for both body and mind.
Regular practice strengthens your core (deep abdominal muscles, hips, back, and glutes) and contributes to better posture, mobility, strength, and energy. Props such as mini balls, mini bands, and blocks are used for extra support or challenge.

Barre is a class blending ballet, yoga, and functional training. We work on strength, body control, core stability, balance, and flexibility through controlled movements that challenge the body gently yet effectively. We use body weight and light mini bands. Barre suits everyone, regardless of previous fitness experience, helping you strengthen your body from the inside out—you'll definitely feel muscles you didn't know you had.

Medical yoga to ease body and mind. Through gentle movements combined with deep, calm breathing, we allow the body and mind to settle and be present. This class focuses on recovery and strength for you and your body.
Expect a soothing long relaxation and various meditations during the session.

End your week on a high note—a revitalising and balanced yoga class that leaves you glowing. The session is designed to be both sweaty and physical, focusing on building strength and stamina through dynamic movements and flows. After an intense and engaging sequence, we finish with a long, relaxing cooldown to calm the mind and prepare the body for the weekend.
