Pregnancy Yoga strengthens, stretches and relaxes your body while helping you connect with your inner strength and presence. It's a lovely opportunity to meet other expectant mums and bond with your growing baby.
You'll gain confidence in your ability to manage childbirth with support from the yoga teacher and midwife Pernilla.
